Bistro Holvi is in the old volunteer fire bridge building next to Mikkeli Theatre. We aim to create a high-quality, uncomplicated restaurant experience with relaxed service. The menu changes according to the season, the availability of ingredients and the ideas created by the chef, Roope Rask.
